I purchased 26 vacant lots in Livingston, Tx by the Lake. each lot was 50 x 135, no taxes owed and the owner was a Real Estate broker.

Below you will see a few pics, then my  deed and copy of my cashiers check for the emd to the Title company sold these for  more than $120k.  I sold them all in 2 months total and in addition to these 26 lots I also sold an additional 33 lots, so 59 lots total sold in 2 months.

The photo at the bottom shows the 26 lots sold , those are the ones in red, plus another 13 lots sold, because these were all in the same county. The other 20 lots were located in other Counties.
