I purchased 240 acres in Arizona from a Japanese Corporation based in Japan, and they did not speak English,  for only $12,000 total sales price and  and sold it for $42,000 .

I sold the properties to a Chief Of Police and 5 other police officers and using my persuasion skills I had them fedex me $42,000 in cashiers checks.

Below you will see my recorded deed and some of the checks for the Police Officer, I did misplace one of the checks so the checks below don't show the total $42k .
