in 2016 a crazy woman started posting lies about me on the internet, so I filed a Federal Lawsuit against her. I filed the lawsuit all by myself, no Attorney.
She hired an Attorney and sued me for $900,000 plus attorneys fees which brings the amount over $1 million dollars.

Lucky for me I am a skilled litigator. I'm not an Attorney but I have beaten the pants off of Attorneys in Federal Court and State Court.
These were not small claims cases where you show up and argue for 10 minutes and go home.
No these are 3 year long battles with high stakes like, losing and getting Judgment against you for $1 million dollars or getting fined $20,000 because you pissed the Judge off.
These cases are a series of 130 to 200 small battles that culminate in a trial or settlement, or a knock out blow that ends the others case.
I have done all of the above A 3 day Trial, Settlements, Knock out blows, and I have also gotten Judgments and collected them by force.
Please don't get the wrong Idea, I don't start fights, but I also don't run from them. I am smart of enough to know that the biggest transfer of wealth happens in the Court Room with the stroke of a pen.
Attorneys are there to make money not to be your friend or look out for your best interest
This is why I taught myself law and to make myself a skilled litigator and that self education has paid off time and time again.
In fact my recent win in Federal Court , I did something that no Attorney has done in this Country.
I won my case in a way that has never been done before. I will explain more on that later and show you some proof also.

In order for me to that Check, I had to Win her Million Dollar lawsuit against me, and then win my case against her.
She did not voluntarily pay me. I froze 3 of her Bank Accounts, Garnished her wages and had the Sheriff take her brand new truck to auction it off.
I did all of those things on the same day, so she called me when ,the Sheriff was towing her car away asking if she can pay me.
It took 3 years but I won both cases, won my case against her and won her case against me.

Yes, I'm a College dropout who beat a seasoned Attorney in Federal Court and won a million dollar lawsuit..
No I didn't get 1 million dollars, I beat that case and got it dismissed against me, so that means I don't owe her $1 million dollars. .
I didn't just win those two cases, I won my case in a way that has never ever been done.
.I used Reputation Repair Service as damages in a Defamation lawsuit and The Federal Judge agreed with me and my arguments and I won my case and was awarded a Judgment of $43,000 and nobody before me has ever done this.
Courts want you to show exact damages, loss of sales e.t.c, but that's hard, because when people don't do business with you they don't leave paper trail.
In fact I have seen People represented by huge law firms and the Judge Awarded them $1 in damages

I teach my students how to protect themselves from legal vultures, and the ability to fight legal scams if they happen.
In my case against that woman mentioned above It cost her $100,000 to pay her attorney and she paid me $30,000, so in total she spent around $135,000 total and her cost would have been more but she stopped paying her Attorney after the first year, because she didn't like that way the case was going.
To sue her, and defend her lawsuit and to collect the Judgment it cost me $1200 total.
You see the difference me $1200 her $135,000.
If someone sues you tomorrow in a higher court you will need to hire and attorney since you don't know how to practice law.
If you don't defend the lawsuit they will get a Judgment against you in 21 days and begin enforcing the Judgment against you.
If you do defend it, you will be paying an arm and a leg and you may still lose and have a Judgment filed against you.
Prevention and avoidance are great, but when its time to fight you better know how or you have already lost.
