Here is  another person whose Account I froze. They didn't have enough money in the account, so I had him pay me $1,000 and set up payment arrangements and then I unfroze his account. Now he pays me $1,000 a month. If for some reason he stopped paying me, I have other ways I can turn the heat up on him.
