August 5th 2024, I had a Judgment Debtor that was trying to sell their house and I found out about it and blocked the sale temporarily, and I got the Judgment Debtor to agree to pay me out of closing. Below is a copy of the check from the Title Company to me .
Over the next few weeks I have other cases where the Judgment debtors bank accounts are about to be froze and the money taken out, and have another JD where the I will have the Sheriff take 5 of their vehicles and sell them at auction.
