This is a techinique I do , that I call the buy back.. I purchased a vacant parcel for $5k and sold it for $20k. Then a year later ended up buying it back from my buyer for $10k and I sold it again for $20k.

This happens sometimes because I maintain a good relationship with my buyers and he was in a financial crunch so I was able to buy it back

I made $15,000 the first time I sold plus my $5k back, and I made $10,000 the 2nd time I sold it and my $10k back.
