This was a 100 x 100 Vacant lot in Old Town , Fl that had Septic, Well and power pole installed and I paid $4200 total for it, and sold it quickly for $10,500.

If you look below that sale you will see that the Seller, that sold to me paid $13,500 for the lot. He also spent $15k putting in Septic and a Well and bring power to the property line.

So he spent $30k in 2006 and sold it to me for $4200 total
