Did you win a Civil Lawsuit and you want to get paid on your Judgment ?
The problem is they won’t voluntarily pay you and the Court is not going to collect it for you.
If there was an Attorney involved, they moved on quickly to new cases.
Well that really sucks, because you have won the case but so far you have lost the war.
What's worse is the person that has done you wrong is still unscathed and still laughing, because they have not been punished yet.
It’s so frustrating because there is no clear cut road for you to follow to collect the Judgment yourself, and not to mention that your Judgment has an expiration date and once it expires, there is nothing you can legally do with it.
A judgment that is uncollected is just a worthless piece of paper.
Problem Solved, because I have been there and I have successfully done what it is that you need to do. I collected my Judgment and I did it across state lines, I live in Las Vegas and she lived in Michigan.
Using nothing but my telephone computer and fedex, I had three of her bank accounts frozen, had law enforcement tow away her New truck to auction off to pay me .
I also had her wages garnished, and the Deputy told her he needed to schedule a time with her to take more of her property to sell in order to pay me.
I had all of these things happen to her on the same day.
That Woman called me along with the deputy crying and asking if she could pay me $25,000 and I said no $30,000 and she immediately went and got a Cashiers check and paid the deputy , who then overnighted it to me.
Now that was a great day.
I'm not an attorney and I do not have any degrees, but I sued this Person who wronged me in Federal Court and I did it all by myself.
This is not a People's Court case, or a Small Claims Case where you show up for 15 minutes argue and go home and it's over.
This is high stakes here you can get fined $10k, $20k if you piss the Judge Off and don't follow orders.
You could have Judgment entered against you for $1 million Dollars.
You can get sent to Jail for Contempt, Perjury.
This case was thousands of pages and more than four feet tall if you stacked the papers on top of each other.
She hired an Attorney and counter sued me for $1 million Dollars.
That's right she sued me for $1 million dollars and the fight was on.
It took 3 years but I won both cases, won my case against her and won her case against me.
Yes, I'm a College dropout who beat a seasoned Attorney in Federal Court and won a million dollar lawsuit..
No I didn't get 1 million dollars, I beat that case and got it dismissed against me, so that means I don't owe her $1 million dollars. .
I didn't just win those two cases, I won my case in a way that has never ever been done.
My case was a defamation case, and in a defamation case you have to prove your damages. Example, you have to prove you lost 15 sales as a result which equals X amount of dollars.
Problem is when people choose not to do business with you, they don't leave you notes or fill out surveys or any kind of feedback so it’s difficult to prove,
In fact I have seen people represented by giant law firms in Defamation cases and the Court awarded them $1 in damages.
I used Reputation Repair Service as damages in a Defamation lawsuit and The Federal Judge agreed with me and my arguments and I won my case and was awarded a Judgment of $43,000 and nobody before me has ever done this.
